We store our Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly in the freezer to maintain ultimate freshness.  When we post it, It will have thawed by the time the product reaches you but please ensure to store in the refrigerator immediately to maintain the potent nutrition.  If you have purchased multiple jars/bags, store the jars/bags that you are not using in the freezer.  

Your product will be dispatched within 4 working days.  If you have chosen 'Next Day Guaranteed' postage and purchased before 13:00 between Monday-Thursday you will receive your product next day before 13:00.

When the Royal Mail deliver your shipment, they require a signature to confirm receipt.  If you are not available at the address, the post man will either leave with a neighbour and ask the neighbour to sign, or they will take the shipment back to the depot - the post man will leave a card notifying you of this.
