100 Years of Pure Passion and Dedication For The Best Harvest
Cultivated with over 100 years Beekeeping experience, our Bee Pollen has an array of different colours and shades. The variety of different colours in it means that the bees have had exposure to many different types of plants. Bees are the best Pollen collectors in the world and they know which plants give the most benefits; so when you see a variety of different coloured granules, you know that our bees have used the very best selection of plants to chose from.
Pure Bee Pollen is considered one of nature's most completely nourishing foods and cannot be synthesized artificially in a laboratory. It contains nearly all nutrients required by humans.
For premium quality, we delicately freeze dry giving maximum nutrition and flavour capturing the essence of the morning hive.
We never heat or bleach it as this damages delicate nutrition. Decades of research shows that freeze drying is the most nutrient preserving method available.

What is Bee Pollen?
Pollen is the male seed of the flowers. One pollen granule is actually made up of 4-10 million microscopic pollen grains. Each plant creates pollen that has their own signature design and there are many designs.
Fresh Bee Pollen is a mass of pollen that has been packed by worker honeybees into granules with added honey or nectar. Foraging bees bring it back to the hive. In order to collect the pollen, the hives have tiny traps, set by bee keepers, which knock the pollen granules gently off the legs of the bees into the bottom of the hive, waiting for collection. Raw Bee pollen is the primary source of protein for the hive.
Within the hive, it is found in the brood cells which are chambers of wood and mud, and are created by female ground-nesting bees. When the pollen granule is complete, the queen lays an egg on top of it and seals the brood cell. The egg will feed on this, which will provide it with all its nutritional requirements. It is these balls that are harvested as food for humans.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before taking any honey bee products due to its highly complex composition. In case of allergic reaction, always start with a very small amount per day. Not recommended for children under 12 months old.
