100 Years of Passion and Dedication For The Best Harvest
Cultivated with over 100 years Beekeeping experience, our Bee Pollen has an array of different colours and shades. The variety of different colours in it means that the bees have had exposure to many different types of plants. Bees are the best Pollen collectors in the world and they know which plants give the most benefits; so when you see a variety of different coloured granules, you know that our bees have used the very best selection of plants to chose from.
For premium quality, we delicately freeze dry giving maximum nutrition and flavour capturing the essence of the morning hive.
We never heat or bleach it as this damages delicate nutrition. Decades of research shows that freeze drying is the most nutrient preserving method available.

What is Bee Pollen
Bee pollen is scientifically defined as a mixture of flower pollen, nectar, and salivary secretions, collected by foragers by worker bees and gathered at the entrance of hives.
It is characterized as a "treasure trove" of bioactive natural metabolites, functioning as a complete, high-quality nutritional and apitherapeutic product. Bee pollen is recognized for its nutritional and bioactive properties, which vary according to its botanical origin. It is considered a balanced food supplement.

How to Use
Use 1-4 teaspoons per day. As a great flavour enhancer and nutrition booster, you can add to yoghurt, protein shakes, porridge, cereal, salads. When adding to yoghurt or protein shakes, etc. mix in the bee pollen and leave to stand for about 4-6 hours; this will maximise the absorption of the nutrition.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before taking any honey bee products due to its highly complex composition. In case of allergic reaction, always start with a very small amount per day. Not recommended for children under 12 months old.
